We’re expanding our warehouse operations in Chandler, AZ and Orlando, FL and seeking Warehouse AV Technicians with professional audio, video or lighting expertise to prep, maintain, and stage gear for our events.
What You’ll Do
· Stage and prep professional AV equipment (audio, video, lighting) from pull sheets and technical diagrams
· Load/unload trucks per timelines and safety protocols
· Test, troubleshoot, and clean equipment; flag and document defects
· Manage cable organization, labeling, and inventory accuracy
· Prep expendable kits and small gear packs for crews
· Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
· Assist in other technical prep or warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 1 year in the professional AV/live event industry (audio, video, lighting)
· Familiarity with load sheets, signal flow, and AV equipment maintenance
· Warehouse and inventory system experience preferred
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
· Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, ability to qualify for DOT Medical Card
· Pass background check
· Flexibility for variable hours – early mornings, late nights, weekends, and occasional holidays based on event schedules
· Team-player mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines
