We’re expanding our HR and operational oversight capacity to support our headquarters in Chandler, AZ, and our operations in Orlando, FL.
We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist who will not only manage HR functions but also serve as our operational “check and balance” — ensuring processes are followed, goals are met, and continuous improvement is part of our culture.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
Administer benefits programs (health, dental, PTO)
Support positive employee relations and workplace culture
Oversee performance review processes and professional development plans
Ensure department compliance with established SOPs and performance expectations
Create, document, and update SOPs across all departments
Track and analyze KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
Partner with department leads to streamline and improve processes
Ensure compliance with Arizona and Florida employment laws
Coordinate HR training, workshops, and team engagement initiatives
Partner with Finance on payroll processing
What We’re Looking For
2+ years HR experience (or 5+ years if no degree)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Multi-state HR experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of federal, Arizona, and Florida employment law
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to manage operational processes, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs
Skilled at auditing workflows and driving improvements
Must work on-site daily in Chandler, AZ
Ability to pass a background check is required
